JUICE CLEANSE GUIDE

Preparation for your cleanse

All cleanse orders are custom. Please allow 48 hours for verification and production. Programs are non-refundable after first pickup.

Before You Begin (2 Days Prior):

  • Increase fluids and clean up your diet.
  • Eliminate caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, sugar, meat, dairy, eggs, seafood, processed foods, and refined carbs.
  • Focus on fruits, steamed veggies, salads, smoothies, and gluten-free grains (quinoa, amaranth, millet).
  • Hydrate well (at least 2 liters of non-carbonated water daily).
  • Optional: Start mornings with warm lemon water (add a pinch of cayenne if desired).

Plan Ahead:

  • Avoid travel or major events during your cleanse.
  • Slow down, sip juices mindfully, and treat your detox as time to reset—physically and mentally.

DAY 1: Getting Started

A juice cleanse is your body’s reset button. For a few days, you’ll skip solid foods and fuel up with raw, organic, cold-pressed juices designed to help you feel lighter, brighter, and rebalanced.

Important:

  • Refrigerate juices immediately.
  • Juices are unpasteurized—start your cleanse the day they arrive.
  • Best enjoyed within 4 days.

How Often to Drink:

  • About every 2 hours for steady energy.

Recommended Order (this is flexible, you do you!):

  1. Celery
  2. Glow
  3. Daily Green
  4. Deep Green
  5. Feel the Beet
  6. Detox Lemonade

Pro Tips:

  • “Chew” your juice to boost digestion and absorption.
  • Drink plenty of water between bottles.
  • Skip alcohol, caffeine, and nicotine while cleansing.

DAY 2

You’re over the hump! Any early detox symptoms usually start to ease up today, and the cleanse begins to feel a lot better. Many people notice steadier energy, fewer cravings, and clearer thinking. You might even start to feel lighter, brighter, and more in sync with your body. Keep going — this is where it starts to feel really good.

DAY 3

You did it — last juice down. Well done! 🎉 Now let’s make sure you keep feeling that fresh, energized glow.

The most important part of a cleanse is how you come off of it. Take it slow. It’s a big mistake to dive right back into heavy or processed foods… trust us.

For the next few days, stick to the same clean, simple foods you ate before the cleanse: steamed veggies, salads, fruits, smoothies, fresh juices, and gluten-free grains. Keep drinking lots of water and ease back in gently.

Use the pre-cleanse guidelines as your go-to guide for transitioning out of your cleanse smoothly.

Tips to Make Your Cleanse Easier & More Effective:

  • Hydrate: Drink at least 8 glasses of still water daily (herbal teas are great too).
  • Rest: Keep your schedule light, go to bed early, and nap if needed.
  • Support elimination: Detox works best when your body can release toxins. Try exfoliating, dry brushing, sweating, or a sauna.
  • Get fresh air: Gentle walks and time in nature help.
  • Take it slow: Keep exercise moderate and treat yourself to a bath, massage, or epsom salt soak.
  • Stay positive: A good mindset makes a difference.
